The on-premise, Hansen Call Reports, is a Call Accounting solution that is installed on a PC you provide which resides at your location. In most cases, it does not require a dedicated PC and is easy to install, especially with our unlimited online installation assistance.
Powerful reporting criteria selection allows you to build reports to include criteria you care about and exclude information you are not interested in. Use the automated scheduled reporting tool to have your reports sent daily, weekly, monthly to a printer, email or folder automatically. This can all be done by logging into the software with our web reporting tool. Also included is unlimited Web access from any PC so each manager or staff that need access have a simple shortcut from their PC to their web reporting client.

Hansen Software is a 3rd party vendor for my company, handling our call tracking for car dealerships, and one of the absolute best vendors I've had the pleasure of interfacing with during my time at my current company.
They take it upon themselves to do basic tier 1 troubleshooting with the phone systems that they interface with at the car dealerships instead of shunting them off to phone vendors, when they could just as easily not do that. They have no qualms about being called cold and walking people through exactly what they do, how they do it, and answering a slew of questions for perspective clients.
